Hair Extensions
- Please note that a deposit of £100 is required when making an appointment for hair extensions. (*This only applies to appointments, consultations are free*).
- A 24-hour cancellation notice is required as part of our Terms & Conditions policy. Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice may result in the deposit being forfeited.
- Refunds and exchanges are not permitted on tape and bonded hair extensions once they have been fitted to the head and cut-in due to hygiene reasons.
- If any of the hair fitted is deemed to be faulty, it will be removed and tested, and replacement hair will be applied.
- Please note that it is normal to lose a bond or a tape here and there, especially when maintenance is due. If you do lose any bonds or tapes before you’re due for maintenance, we will put them back in, with no extra charge.
- A fee of £100 is applicable for matting issues with extensions that exceed 8 weeks in wear. Hair matting refers to the tangling and clumping together of individual hair strands, often resulting in the formation of dense and knotted areas within a person’s hair. This can make the hair appear tangled, messy, and difficult to comb or manage.
- Clip-in hair extensions can be exchanged, providing they have not been removed from the packaging
- In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s instalment payment options, we will pass your contact and order details on so that Klarna can assess whether you qualify for their finance options and tailor the payment options to you.
- General information on Klarna can be found here. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarna’s Privacy Policy.
- Limitation of Liability for Aftercare Non-Compliance and Aftercare Responsibility. We understand that each client’s daily routine and product preferences are unique; however, it is crucial to adhere to our recommended aftercare practices to prevent any unintended damage to your hair. We hereby inform all clients that The Beauty Club London will not accept responsibility for any damage caused to the hair as a result of non-compliance with our aftercare guide. This includes but is not limited to, the damage associated with the use of sunscreens or skincare products containing Avobenzone or shampoos with conditioning agents such as Olaplex.
